Gentle Exercise Classes 

Monday 2.00pm weekly , Sedbury Village hall

Classes are suitable for anyone wanting to improve or maintain their strength and fitness, including those concerned about their balance or with long term health conditions. A qualified instructor leads the classes and exercises are done seated or standing up holding on for support and may use simple apparatus, including balls and rubber stretch bands.

Classes are run in partnership with Severnside Coaching and local surgeries or allied health professionals may refer you.  A fitness assessment is required before joining the class, though you are welcome to turn up for a taster session. 

New starters are welcomed.
