Hiring the Premises

When not in use with regular activities or occasional events, Sedbury Space is available for hire by other community groups or agencies who offer activities or services for the benefit of the community.

The hire charge is £20 per session.   A session is classed as morning, afternoon or evening. Generally time for setting up and clearing is included in the hire charge.

There is not normally someone on the premises so we will need to arrange for a keyholder to meet the hirer to open up and arrange a time to lock up afterwards. There is also no caretaker for the building so groups are responsible for ensuring the premises are left in a fit state, cleaning areas that have been in use.

Hirers are required to familiarise themselves with the Health & Safety and Safeguarding Policies and Emergency and Evacuation Procedures for Sedbury Space before their first hiring which are found on our website under the section entitled 'About us'.
